Contentment- a crown jewel of all the divine virtues


One should be content with inner peace and happiness. It is the greatest among all types of happiness. Contentment is the greatest among all divine virtues. Similar to how a king's crown is a valuable and exquisite ornament that represents the wealth of a kingdom, the divine virtue of contentment is the pinnacle of all virtues. A man who is content is as happy as a king.   

Some kings are not happy even after having a lot of wealth, but a satisfied man is a king who always has a full treasure of happiness. However short of resources a contented man is, he is always full of happiness and abundance. Seeing the lack of happiness, even a poor man feels pity for the king. The wealth of a king gives happiness only to him, but contentment is a virtue that not only gives happiness to the contented but also to others around him. 

Only a contented man can be happy and give happiness to others.
