How to stay active and alert throughout the day?
Again, staying active and alert throughout the day involves sticking to your daily routine. An active morning and the thoughts we generate in the morning and before sleep help us to stay active throughout the day. An active mind is what stays in the present and fully focuses on the task whose time we have allotted for. Suppose we accomplish the task of waking up early and on time without any outside support; then we may start generating a thought, 'Huh! This is such an easy task; I can do it very easily. This will be done by itself! This thought generates a series of procrastination thoughts like 'Let me spend some time doing other things or watching the phone.' These thoughts reduce our work efficiency, which is the number of tasks finished in a given amount of time. We allow our minds to focus on other things. Our focus on the task at hand, especially if it involves deep analysis, loosens. We take longer to finish the task at hand. This affects our relationships, as spending time with loved ones is an act of service.
So the proper attention to thoughts and your actions is required throughout the day. Stay true to your target each second. My target is to think positively about the world each second, accomplishing my daily tasks accurately in a state of bliss, helping others around me through my actions.
