Divine way of life

Intimidating, bullying, or suppressing others due to one's position is not a divine way of life. A truly capable, efficient, dedicated, and enterprising person still shows humility and respects others, leading them to bow willingly. Our goal should not be to force anyone to bow down, but rather to perform our duties with capability and leave our ego behind. In doing so, we remain humble ourselves.

When we adopt this attitude, those who work under us will notice that even though we are highly capable and efficient, we approach them with care and respect. They may think to themselves, "Oh, this person is truly great; otherwise, we are nothing in comparison! They love and support us, keeping us close and never belittling us. How wonderful they are; they seem like an angel or a god in human form. We would even give our lives for them!"

Our lives should inspire others to work out of love rather than pride. We should strive to be worthy ourselves, work with our own hands, teach others how to do their jobs, assist them in their tasks, and then see if there is any need to exert authority or seek a higher position.

Suppose you are younger than someone in both age and position, but you excel in ability and performance. In that case, treating that senior person with affection and respect will often lead to them responding with humility. Even if they momentarily let their ego get the best of them and say something unfair, they will eventually realise, "This person is so capable, intelligent, and well-mannered. The way I spoke to them was wrong."

These experiences truly teach the virtue of humility.
