Celebrating Halloween in Indian way

Halloween is a popular traditional festival in America, focused on celebrating the dead. It is a way of showing love and care for the departed souls. This kind of celebration for them makes their energies feel good. The souls receive the power to move happily on to their next journey. When they receive love through celebration, they feel light and happy. They move forward easily in their journey of life. They feel regarded.

In India, when someone leaves their body, everyone prays for thirteen days for the well-being of that soul so that it gets a new body and starts their new journey on a high note. Loved ones wish for the well-being of the soul on its new journey. They clear the karmic accounts through a ritual called 'asthi-visarjan', which symbolises the closure of past karmic accounts of the soul and the beginning of its new relationships. The vibrations of peace, power, and love reach the soul, and it gains the energy to begin its new journey. Another ritual is Shraddh, a fortnight-long observance performed with devotion for seeking blessings and creating a spiritual connection with departed family members. Isn't it so enlightening?

These traditions are uplifting for the spirit and are a way to shower the soul with the blessings of peace and positivity. In this way, they are full of strength and do not feel stressed to act negatively. The vibrations of these celebrations and rituals create an atmosphere of tranquility and strengthen everyone.
